Prior to joining DesignRevel, Misha held significant roles at Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB), where she managed critical administrative, financial, and data functions for the Regional Primary Care team. Her leadership in overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and data management contributed to the efficiency of large-scale healthcare operations. Misha’s tenure with the NHS has equipped her with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory landscapes, and operational excellence.

At DesignRevel, Misha is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and leading cross-functional teams in research-driven strategies. Her role as Senior Research Director sees her coordinating large-scale research initiatives that provide clients with data-driven solutions tailored to their unique business needs.
