Kaela Kennedy Siame brings over 20 years of expertise in leadership, consulting, and capacity-building, primarily in the energy sector. As the Director of Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre (KGRTC) since 2002, Kaela has overseen the growth of KGRTC into one of the leading technical education and training centres in Zambia and beyond. His strategic direction has led the centre to partner with international energy organizations, enhancing the professional development of hundreds of technical staff and engineers.
Kaela's broad experience also includes his current role as an Independent Consultant, where he offers his extensive knowledge to both private and public sector clients. Known for his strategic foresight and project management abilities, Kaela helps organisations streamline operations, foster innovation, and develop sustainable energy solutions.
Kaela holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Leeds University. His academic background, paired with decades of hands-on experience, enables him to excel in addressing the most complex engineering and management challenges. Whether he is managing a training center or providing consulting services, Kaela is dedicated to creating impactful solutions that advance organisational goals and promote growth.
